Your Use of the Service

Vael Spaces is an AI-powered image generation platform for hospitality businesses. By creating an account, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any images you upload to Vael Spaces. Images generated by the platform using your uploaded content are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use, including marketing, advertising, print, and digital media.

You grant Vael Creative a limited license to store and process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your images for training or share them with other users.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Vael Spaces to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, circumvent usage limits, or resell generated images as a standalone service.

Service Availability

Vael Spaces is currently in open beta. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

Vael Creative provides Vael Spaces “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
